I've really enjoyed the fragrances I've received from Ånd , the seasonal editions are lovely , truly unique and a reflection of the ingredients and inspiration they take from nature. The samples are great but I've accumulated a lot of the same so it would've been nice to see subscription exclusives or project/unreleased samples .
I cancelled my subscription after my second box including 'Bibby' because I wasn't using them as fast as I thought I would . So when I received 'The Prince' after cancelling before the stone club 'The diviner' box I was confused why I'd been sent another box. I did follow up that I wanted to return this item for a refund and cancel my subscription. After a lot of back and forth because my cancellation couldn't be found on the system I asked if I could return the prince box a number of times and was told to keep it but I didn't receive a refund.
