Fåyre The Scent Kit: Six British Fairs, Reimagined in Fragrance
Inspired by Lally MacBeth’s research into regional fairs across Britain, the Scent Kit contains six 2ml fragrances, each created to evoke a specific fair chosen for its cultural richness, local lore, and vivid sensory atmosphere. Lally, author of The Lost Folk, selected fairs that speak to the endurance of folk customs—sites of gathering, spectacle, craft, and shared memory.
Ånd fragrance perfumer Simon Constantine translated these scenes into scent, producing an intimate, atmospheric collection meant for smelling only. Each vial is paired with a short descriptive text introducing the fair’s history and character, allowing the experience to unfold like a pocket-sized folk archive.
Enoki
This fragrance emulates the warm, cocoa and coffee notes of the dried mushroom and each bottle even comes complete with its own Velvet Shank mushroom inside, the UK variety of Enoki (not for consumption!) - courtesy of Jurassic Coast Mushrooms.
This unique art work of Jana Nicole is rich in Enoki inspired elements. Her work is a contemporary mixed-media driven by material exploration and the transformation of delicate forms into immersive, thought-provoking works. Inspired by organic structures—particularly fungi and mycelial networks.
